Short description
🧩 [username]_alldlls is an AutoCAD and Civil 3D startup routine that attempts to NETLOAD a predefined set of custom .NET DLL tools.
📦 The current file contains five DLL load attempts for Civil 3D profile COGO point and label related utilities.
📄 Failed DLL paths are written to load_report.txt while a command line message reports success or the number of failures.

Description:
🧩 [username]_alldlls centralizes the loading of several custom AutoCAD and Civil 3D .NET assemblies.
⚙️ Every configured assembly is passed to the native AutoCAD NETLOAD command.
🛡️ Each NETLOAD call is wrapped with Visual LISP error trapping so a failed assembly path can be collected.
📄 When one or more load attempts fail the routine overwrites load_report.txt with a FAILED TO LOAD section containing those paths.
✅ When no failure is detected the AutoCAD command line displays a successful completion message.
